LifeHopeMoms was created in 2015 as a response to the childcare crisis affecting single moms. How do you afford childcare without a job, but how do you get a job without childcare? Beyond providing free or low-cost childcare, LifeHopeMoms addresses the needs of single moms in the process of overcoming life’s challenges. Staff and volunteers help these courageous single moms to reach their personal, professional, educational, spiritual, and financial goals through meetings, classes, and advocacy. The impact of LifeHopeMoms can be felt around the Central Florida community, as LifeHopeMoms alumni are now business owners, homeowners, and college graduates.
